We ensure that all our products are of high quality and made with passion and love. If, however, the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
In the event of a damaged, defective product or wrong artwork being delivered, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item via email or WhatsApp (details provided below). Requests for exchange or refund should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement. Our team will conduct an assessment, initiating either a refund or replacement accordingly. We might request photographs as evidence (photo/ unpacking video) to verify the extent of the damage.
Feel free to initiate a return if the product doesn’t meet your preferences. Please make sure to raise the return request within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that this return policy exclusively applies to art print items. Customized art pieces (where the customer has requested modifications) are exempt from the return process.
All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
To proceed with the return, kindly dispatch the artwork to our designated return shipping address. For the artwork to qualify for a refund, the received item must maintain its new condition, matching the state it was in upon delivery to you.
Upon receiving the returned artwork, our team at Soul Feeder will assess its condition before proceeding with the refund. Please be aware that if further damage is identified, the artwork will not be eligible for a refund.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, Customer is required to ship the artwork at their own cost and via reliable courier service. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of a return.
